Electrical Storm

Steve Couzens is the Managing Director of Storm Group, electrical and control contractors. He shows us through the factory where the team builds the switchboards and other projects.

We chat to some of the staff and their roles, including Michael Li, Design Engineer, Andrew Gunstone, Project Manager, and John Hughes, Programming and Design.

Steve has five apprentices in Storm Group, so they have apprentices in their field. He chats about what is valued in an apprentice, and we chat to Ian Morris, the electrical apprentice.
